Site Redemption is a family business, built and run by the two of us, a husband-and-wife team in Austin, Texas. We treat every client the way we'd treat a neighbor: honestly, personally, and with real care. As entrepreneurs and business owners ourselves, we know firsthand the value of a website that works and ads that actually bring in customers. Kevin is also a pastor, and we serve in ministry together.
Like a lot of owners, we got tired of Google Ads scams, broken websites, and agencies that overcharge and underdeliver. So we learned to fix it ourselves. Site Redemption is our dedicated focus, and every client works directly with the two of us.

Why is the audit paid?
A real audit takes real time: a written report, a recorded walkthrough, and a prioritized plan you can use with us or anyone else. If you book The Redemption Fix within 30 days, the full audit fee is credited toward it.
Will I have to switch website platforms?
No. The Redemption Fix works on your existing platform (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, and most site builders). If a move would genuinely serve you better, we'll explain why and quote it separately.
My site has more than 10 pages. Can you still help?
Yes. Additional pages are $150 each ($120 for churches and nonprofits). Your audit will tell us exactly which pages matter most.
Who qualifies for church & nonprofit pricing?
Churches, ministries, and registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits get 20% off all service prices. Ad spend and third-party costs (hosting, plugins, builder plans) aren't discounted.
Is ad spend included in Google Ads management?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google from your own account. Our fee covers setup, management, and reporting.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and proudly. We use sophisticated AI tools for audits, research, keyword and competitor analysis, copywriting, ad optimization, and reporting. That makes the work faster, more thorough, and more affordable. AI can make mistakes, so Tabitha and Kevin personally review and approve every deliverable. We never publish fake reviews or fake photos of real people.
How do I spot a Google Ads scam?
Be cautious of anyone who calls claiming to be "from Google," guarantees you the #1 spot, won't show you your real clicks, impressions, and cost, or won't let you own your account. Google's own guidance says no one can guarantee a specific ad position, you have the right to know your clicks, impressions, and total cost, an agency should set up a separate Ads account for you, and anyone claiming to work for Google should be able to email you from an @google.com address. Advertising also doesn't affect your organic rankings. Read Google's guide to working with third parties.
A previous agency controls our Google Ads account. Can you help?
Usually, yes. The Google Ads Rescue includes help requesting admin access or setting up an account you own. The outcome depends on the previous agency and Google's processes, so we can't guarantee it, but we'll walk you through every step.
Do you guarantee rankings or results?
No one honestly can. We do the proven fundamentals well, track what matters, and report back in plain English.
